Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Cloud was born with his mother's beautiful face. He worked as a nervous Miller and found it very stressful. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cloud fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern
