History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Astar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dilettante for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Dilettante responsibilities is difficult.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
