History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He tends to his Fletcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. After a long history of fighting, Gerard and his spouse have recently divorced.
