Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Born in the west to a Carter, Thokk learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Carter.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His childhood dream was to be a Roofer, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the east were limited. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Detective for the past few years.
