History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to pay off his debts

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is dressed in earthy colors with a tan and black handkerchief worn on his left side. His red crest is singed and shortened. His red eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He takes great joy in being the best Ruler in town.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Tarhun liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. After coming to the age of reason, Fulbar took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
