He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a Knight, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: He is a Scribe first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and to reunite with his absent father

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
