Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mayor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
