He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. After coming to the age of reason, Brottor took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Born in the south to a Courier, Hugh learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
