Description: He has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'5" when asserting himself. His white hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Theobald was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Theobald grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Theobald. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His head has been shaved. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears dull grey sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed scimitar, just in case. His hair is golden, silky, and of moderate length. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He comes from a rich western family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is greedy

Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He carries with him a set of shortspears on his belt, each one with a amber on the hilt. His silver hair, when down, is lengthy. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and is typically in his Guard uniform. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Mindartis was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Mindartis's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.
