History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Borgu grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Diggory was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To be a Shoemaker again; and further expansion of business
