When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Gomory was born with his mother's beautiful face. Gomory was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gomory decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gomory fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 67. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Sammal was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Map Maker. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
