Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Zephan will drive conversation. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Zephan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
