History: Born in the south to a Barrister, Zepar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Barrister. Recently the stress of being a Barrister has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. The war was a terrible time for him, and Spear does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
