Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he likes to wear ponchos typically of a light brown in addition to tight pants. He has a very tight haircut. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Pikar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: The child of a Sailor, who enjoyed hunting, Pikar was taken on many hunting expeditions. Pikar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: The child of a Butcher, who enjoyed hunting, William was taken on many hunting expeditions. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, William and his spouse have recently divorced.
