History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His blonde hair is knotted and matted. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

Description: A middle-aged man, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, and is pretty ugly. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and to be a herbalist again
