History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Peren abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Wiggens is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
