Description: A middle-aged man, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times, and is pretty ugly. His blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Anselm isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. The war was a terrible time for him, and Anselm does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and to settle down with his crush

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Thervan was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Dilettante. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: He usually wears his grey robe and has his axe always slung over his shoulder. He carries with him a set of axes on his belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. His hair is red and curly. His gold eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born in the east. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Damakos fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. His hair is long and white with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
