His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Paelias was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Erevan was born with his mother's beautiful face. Erevan was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Glassblower. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Slave Trader mother left him crippled. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hirrathak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
