History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Dilettante and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Mindartis enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Animal Trainer mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is an amazing painter.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Aust was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
