Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Tomi was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He tends to his Stableman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
