His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Feng was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to his family’s name.
