History: He was born into a rich family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Scribe. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Thorpe alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against illithids

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A freak accident while working with his Soapmaker father left him crippled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: He has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his blue robe. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy golden hair. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Az-Adar is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Az-Adar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
