History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has never given up on his writing dream.

History: He was born in the north. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
