History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is greedy

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Through the years after Bulzo was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Bulzo's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
