The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Kaladan and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Hadarai is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and seeks redemption

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His red crest is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His eyes are gold and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Kaladan was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Kaladan decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Description: An older man who wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his crossbow with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt, he is not a threatening figure. His brown hair is smooth and relatively long. He has brown eyes and a black hat with a red feather.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
