Description: He is a husky man, who wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He keeps his long blonde hair kept up in a rat tail. He has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Azaki alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands.

Description: He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame, and he perpetually has his mace ready. His hair is short and auburn. He has violet eyes and a blue hat with a grey feather.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Priest work with an outfit from a few towns over. Priest work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Locksmith. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new priest responsibilities is difficult

Description: He wears baggy white pantaloons and a brown scarf. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He has a long brown beard with little hanging trinkets. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Boddynock was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. With bright brown hair and a scraggly beard. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Zook grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Zook. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This man stands a little under 3'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: Chay was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
