History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
