Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Balam grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Balam. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Actor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
