Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears long strands of opal and short violet dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He is baby faced.

History: Balam was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to his family’s name. Godfrey decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
