Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Courier. He became a Courier soon after.

Personality: Ralf wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Bard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born in the north. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He tends to his Hunter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He takes great joy in being the best Bather in town.

History: Fallond was born with his father's beautiful face. A gifted student he started as a Layabout, but he got bored and became a Bather. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bather for the past few years.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is unsatisfied with his job

He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He got into the Baker business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Doctor, but he got bored and became a Baker. Recently the stress of being a Baker has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and expand his business
