Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized green coat. He has styled his red hair well, parting it to the right. His ears are large.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Norman grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Norman. Being a Bookbinder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: 4'4" and muscular, this eastern man likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His golden hair is greasy and uncared for. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Rurik was born the youngest of three triplets. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a simple tan robe with green stripes complete with hood. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barber. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is greedy

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Thomas hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
