Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a black tunic with green highlights, and long white pants that bunch up around his shoes. His chestnut hair is unkempt and raggedy. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Xappan lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Butcher they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Shepherd, and he later adopted a second son.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Dean was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Dean abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has worked as a Brewer like his father before him.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
