His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bather arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. History: He comes from a rich western family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dragonborn artifacts is his passion; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
