When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Mantus was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Jeweler. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: Peter is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Peter grew up listening to his father's many stories. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
