Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. Faran enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Faran was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants revenge against brigands

Description: This man stands a little under 4'10" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. His brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Thamior was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Thamior's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He bought a hand crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: Traki hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His black hair is braided into rings. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Marshal. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Gerard hails from a village terrorized by drow. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Marshal work with an outfit from a few towns over. Marshal work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to drow.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult.
