Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Immeral was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Immeral decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: To unite with his sister; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He is greedy; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His white hair is knotted and matted. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Xappan took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His fur is short and orange. His eyes are blue.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Marshal they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Sellsword, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: This late middle aged man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times and is in decent physical shape. He wears a colorful flower in his white hair. His silver unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.
