Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Roland isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Roland reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a tight fitting brown shirt and pants. His white fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: He was born in the west. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: This tall, slender man wears a brown armored body suit, with a simple blue line shooting up and back down. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Trym fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He carries with him a set of bastard swords, each one with a amber on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around his ears. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: Rurik was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: With grey face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he very much looks the part of a Glassblower. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His green eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Glassblower for hire.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.
