Description: This tall, slender man prefers to wear flannel. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Cook. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: The child of a Map Maker, who enjoyed hunting, Berrian was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Berrian took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up nunchaku and armor he uses now. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Map Maker they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Cook, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and balancing his hectic life and new cook responsibilities is difficult

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He prefers to wear grey pants and tee shirts. His golden hair is heavily combed to the left. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Glim has worked very hard to control his curse. After a long history of fighting, Glim and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Painter and was forced into it by his family; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears black painted combat armor at almost all times. He keeps his blue crest in a pixie cut. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. The war was a terrible time for him, and Shedinn does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to unite with his sister

Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His crest is cut close to his head. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears professional attire. His hair is short and auburn. His hazel eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Hubert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
