History: Paggen was born the youngest of three triplets. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
