Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Osco embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Gifted from a young age, Osco studied abroad. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
