Jak was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Layabout kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: Guy was born with his father's beautiful face. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Merchant. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Merchant.

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his monstrous two handed axe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He has all his life been fascinated with dancing.

History: Frouse lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
