However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Personality: Flame is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and retire the richest man in the west

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Joser was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents enrolled him in a Rogue school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
