Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a black coat over a violet low-cut shirt, and a top hat upon his head. His brown hair is matted, messy, and big. His eyes are gold.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. Iados enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Iados grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Iados. Being a Mercenary kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and seeks redemption

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs, marred by teas. His brown hair is heavily combed to the left. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a tattered pair of loose yellow pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His hair is black, silky, and of moderate length. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. During his travels, Alberich and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Alberich discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Alberich fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears dull black sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed shortspear, just in case. His red hair has been sun bleached extensively. His gold eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker black hat.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. He tends to his Bricklayer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is obsessed with his god.
History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and his religion dominates his actions
