His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ogg never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
