History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Description: This late middle aged man is dressed in a clean grey cloak covering his clean studded leather and is in decent physical shape. He has wavy silver crest. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His first spouse was a Doctor, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To end his boredom.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has achieved small success as a Detective.
