Description: 3'3" and muscular, this northern man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His silver hair is still thick. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Oppleby was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Oppleby decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sailor. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.

Motivation: To be a Fortune-teller again.

History: Born in the west to a Baker, Baern learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Description: He wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a quarterstaff, but if one is not available he will default to his scythe. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his scythe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length chestnut hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Oppleby hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Oppleby was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
