History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Elaim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Elaim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rimmon grew up listening to his father's many stories. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He became a Junk Dealer soon after.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is an amazing painter.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Alex alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Elven people; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
