Description: This tall, slender man very much looks the part of a Mercenary. His brown hair is braided into rings. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. The war was a terrible time for him, and Paelias does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his youth he was a Miller, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Paelias fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is a great chef.

History: Naeris was born with his mother's beautiful face. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: Ahvain was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ahvain fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He takes great joy in being the best Body Guard in town.

History: He got into the Body Guard business at a young age. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His purple hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. He has gold eyes.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Mamnen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away; and money/treasure
