Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Hubert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
