Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. The war was a terrible time for him, and Kerkad does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Kerkad was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Hunter father left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
